JAA Relocates for the First Time in 40 Years as Agency Enters New Era of Growth
After 40 years in Soho Square, the agency has relocated to a new home in Covent Garden’s newly revamped KODAK building. The move marks a major milestone as JAA enters its 48th year of trading and accelerates into our next phase of growth.

Growth: Clients, People, Billings
The agency is now home to 73 media specialists and has significantly expanded its capabilities across digital, data, connected TV (CTV) and creative. Over the past three years, JAA has reported a 47% increase in billings (Source: Campaign School Reports 2023–2025), outperforming much of the wider media agency market.
This growth is being spearheaded by the senior leadership team;
Back Row left to right: Caroline Ayling (Marketing Director), Georgia Izon (Head of Digital Operations & Innovation), James Sibree (Business Director), Lucy Smith (Head of Search & eCommerce), Dan Denman (AV Director), Nick Smith (Chief Digital Officer), Sophie Bellon-Gibbons (Business Director), Max Noss (Head of AV and Co-Lead Slingshot), Sarah Greaney (Business Director)
Front Row left to right: Leo Barron (Business Director), Alex Hurley (Director of Planning), Sue Fernando-Solini (Commercial Director), Richard Temple (CEO) Elizabeth Emsley (CFO), Jonathan Newton (Chief Client Officer), Cameron Cumming (Director of Performance)

Growth has been fuelled by both significant new client wins and expanding partnerships with existing clients across emerging products and platforms, including CTV activations and AI-powered search. JAA also continues to be a trusted partner for charities navigating tough external conditions, from the cost-of-living crisis to global instability and climate change. Third-sector growth in 2025 included Blood Cancer UK, the Canal & River Trust and The Donkey Sanctuary.
The final quarter of 2025 saw several significant new business wins:
- Benjamin Moore UK – the premium American paint brand appointed JAA after a competitive pitch in November
- Trussell – the anti-poverty charity selected JAA following a competitive pitch
- Parkinson’s UK – JAA was appointed after a competitive pitch process
Richard Temple said:
“This relocation represents a natural progression for JAA. We’ve always punched above our weight, and our new, open and flexible space will further fuel creativity, collaboration and innovation. The KODAK building reflects our ethos of continuous growth and trusted experience; blending old and new. It’s a space that matches the energy, talent and ambition defining the agency for today and the future.”

For an agency with nearly five decades of heritage, the move signifies both a celebration of our legacy and a clear statement of our future direction. It reinforces JAA’s position as a media independent with the scale, expertise and confidence to deliver for ambitious clients.
We start 2026 ready to empower our people, expand our impact and deliver even greater results for clients and partners. And a little excitement about the first roof top social once the weather warms up!
