Founded JAA in 1978 having previously been Media Director at Kirkwood Company and Garland-Compton (Saatchis). He was also a co-founder of the Association of Media Independents and also was a co-founder of PHD in 1990. He has also been Chairman of the Lord’s Taverners and has run the London Marathon four times. He was awarded an OBE in 2007 for services to sport.

Chief Executive Officer
Joined JAA in 1999 having worked at two other media agencies and also on the media owner side too. He has worked across all categories including financial services, fmcg and fashion; and has led the agency’s work in sponsorships. He is also an experienced qualified hockey coach.
Chief Financial Officer
Joined JAA having gained experience at JWT and the Lonsdale Group. She also heads up our legal and HR functions too and was promoted to the board in 1994.
Chief Digital Officer
Joined JAA having worked at a large network and has worked on a range of categories in his career including fashion, drinks, consumer electronics and charity. He became our Head of Digital in 2016 and has been instrumental in helping the agency gain their marketing partner status with Facebook and Google; and has also achieved the highest standards in transparency and safety in digital media.
Chief Client Officer
Joined JAA in 2000 having worked for networks in Asia-Pacific. He has worked on a number of large fmcg, drinks, charity and financial services accounts. He was promoted to Head of Print in 2010 and was promoted to the board in 2018. Captained the JAA rugby sevens to the NABS championship.
Poacher-turned-gamekeeper having spent most of her career on the media owner side having worked at ITV and Channel 4 for over thirty years. Joined JAA from another media agency in 2017 to uphold our strong reputation in AV planning and buying.
