Taking CPFC shirts and merch into a digital marketing league of their own.


The challenge was simple, increase revenue on the CPFC online shop over their busiest time of year – Black Friday and Christmas.

We knew improving PPC account structure and following social media best practices would improve efficiencies and ultimately performance. So we addressed the digital ‘formation’.

Our strategy was to audit, optimise, test and learn. This ‘training ground’ approach would deliver results ‘on the field of play’.

We restructured the PPC account, tested responsive search ads, image extensions and automated bidding. On social media we shifted the focus to conversions and expanded the audience.
